What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a process of tapping into the subconscious to change associations for positive personal changes. Hypnosis creates a sense of relaxation that supports transformational change.

Will I be awake?

When you are in hypnosis you are still awake. You are still aware of your thoughts and surroundings.


Will I still be in control?

During hypnosis, you can still think for yourself and are in control.


Will I cluck like a chicken?

You will only cluck like a chicken if you want. Personal goals are up to you!


How many sessions will it take?

Hypnosis is a much faster process for change. There are many variables on how many sessions an issue takes including how strong the associations are (consider how long your issue has been an issue, how much it rules your life) as well as the time and effort one puts into changing habits outside of the hypnotherapy session. Hypnotherapy is a team effort!


Do I need a referral?

Some issues will need a physician or therapist referral including medical, psychological, and addiction issues. The need for a referral will be discussed during the 20-minute consultation.
